My education and expertise extends to working with individuals, or couples facing trauma, life transitions, academic or job-related stress, anxiety, relational issues, depression, etc. I have extension training in trauma therapies and interventions. My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, friendly, and collaborative, aiming to foster a space of trust and understanding.
